This is a photo of my Mother before church in 1957. I scanned the original photo as it was very damaged. I simply love incorporating "trendy" papers and items with my heritage photos. It will let my children know what things I loved to create with and share our family stories throughout our scrapbooks.

Wow I love all the layers and bits and pieces on the layout, very cool! Sigh.... I wish we all still wore dresses like that to church...
I love that picture! What a great one to scrap! BTW -thanks for stopping into my blog!
Love the page and that photo is precious!
Howdy! I think this is my first time to your blog... that or you've changed your background recently. Which, BTW, I LOVE!!!
And that layout... incredible! And very inspiring to me to realize I don't have to make my layouts old fashioned just because I am scrappin old pictures! Thanks!
What a beautiful layout, very hip and trendy for a heritage photo. And I like that!
Great LO, love how you used your trendy papers. In my moment of sillines I though you mom was holding a pair of trousers before I realised it was a shawl. :-)
