MEH on the Blogging...but

Blogging is just not my thing anymore.  However, I am continuing to scrapbook and create using mixed media items.  I really am doing a lot of card making and journaling. Watercolor is my new medium that I am obsessed with right now.  So, without further ado....here are some projects.

I am excited to be going to an all day crop on DERBY DAY, National Scrapbooking Day on....CINCO De Mayo.

It is going to be a great time.

Here is to hopes that I will once again be posting.

Halloween 2K16!

So, this is the story. 

 This is the first time in my entire adult life that I have NOT decorated for Halloween/Fall. 

Yep, you read that correctly. 

I think I will plan on decorating earlier for Christmas this year. 

 I love Christmas. 

 I have been busy scrapbooking.

Still Here,

I am still here.  There has been a great deal going on around home.

I have gone on a scrappy retreat, made a quick trip to Georgia for a personal reason, had a wonderful Thanksgiving, decorated for Christmas, and just simply being with my family.

So, here goes...

Creative Roll...

Hanging out in my studio again today. 

 I thought I would post a few layouts that I completed yesterday

 using the Studio Calico August Kit, "Summer of 69."

 

Baseball Simply Rocks

 Both of these layouts came together pretty quickly.

I also had time to throw together a card and and I decorated a Kraft Bag for my son.

We celebrated his 24th Birthday last evening.

Completely love the colors.  I also added a few scraps that were on my desk as well.

Faith Scrappers Book Cover

 The above is a book that I have started for a new group of that will begin on August 28th.  

It is a devotional group of scrappers that will get together once a week for 4 hours.  

Here is one of the projects I am working on for this group.

I will share more about it at a later date.
